On the day of Lisa Marie’s Memorial Service
I’ll admit it. I deliberately avoided watching the latest Elvis biopic starring Austin Butler. Why? Fear. Plain and simple. Many actors have tried their hand at playing the King, with varying degrees of success. I didn’t want any part of a well-hyped dud. I’d been burned before.
