Having your heart broken is never a pleasant experience, but it’s somehow comforting to know that almost everyone else has gone through the same hell you have. The Fates aren’t picking on you. They hate us all equally. Even rock stars.

And I know I omitted everyone’s beloved generic, monotonous bleat from the classic rock band Old Enough To Know Better. I mean, their first gig was opening for The Doomed Christian Experience at the Roman Coliseum. Time to pack it in.
